We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice.

2 Order Acceptance
Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Little Green Herbs reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion. An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email.

3 Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.
Payment must be made at the time of order using accepted payment methods.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery due to incorrect addresses.

 

Intellectual Property

 

All Content on the Platform, including but not limited to our products, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, is the property of Little Green Herbs or its content suppliers and is protected by South African and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for Micro Business purposes. No rights are granted to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content without our prior written consent.

 

 

Consumer Protection

 

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) or any other applicable consumer protection legislation. Where the CPA or other mandatory laws provide you with rights that cannot be contracted out of, those rights prevail over any conflicting provision in these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
