Little Booking is a progressive web app that runs on Android phones & tablets, iOS devices, as well as on Windows, Mac and Linux desktops.

Any browser can be used on any device. Install to your phone or laptop home screen for a native app experience — no Play Store or App Store needed.

What kind of businesses can use Little Booking?

Little Booking works for many different kinds of businesses. The app adapts to your business — you choose your unit name, customer name, and pricing period.

Yes! Little Booking is fully adaptable. You can call your units "Rooms", "Bays", "Stalls", "Chairs", "Kennels", "Berths", "Pitches", or anything else. You can also set different price periods — per night, per day, per hour, per month, or per event. The labels change throughout the app to match your business.

How does the public booking portal work?

The public portal (Pro feature) lets your guests book online. They visit a simple page, pick their dates and unit, and submit a request. You receive the request on your device and approve or decline it. This prevents double bookings and lets you manage availability even when load shedding affects your online connectivity.

Is training difficult for new staff?

Not at all. Little Booking has a clean, touch-friendly interface that most people learn in under 5 minutes. The app has a built-in Help system.

Why do I need to keep a device online for guest bookings?

Little Booking runs entirely on your devices — there's no cloud server. When a guest books online via the public portal, the booking goes directly to one of your linked devices. At least one device must be connected to the internet and awake. On desktop, the tab just needs to be open — it's fine if it's in the background.
