Suggested dosage:
Adults: 5-10 ml twice daily
Children: 5ml twice daily

Apply to sunburnt skin before applying a moisturiser

Pets:
Safe for cats and dogs.   Just scale down dosage according to weight
Add to water and/or wet food

A few rules of thumb:
If one is taking a large dose of a mineral, it may well compete with other minerals and thus reduce their absorption.

If supplementing with Zinc long-term (50 mg or more per day for 10 weeks or longer), please be aware that it may cause copper deficiency, so you may need to supplement with copper as well.
