We take great satisfaction in making our customers happy. In order to do that, we are here to make right any errors that may come about along the way.

 

Damages

Although damages in transit are rare, we understand that they can happen. Please contact us within 5 business days of delivery if you have received an item that is damaged, has spilled or leaked. We will make prompt arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you if the damages were due to any error on our part.
In the event that your items are damaged during transport then please contact the courier company.

 

Supply Errors

Every effort is made to ensure the swift and secure delivery of your ordered items, however mistakes can happen. If your order is missing any items at the time of delivery, or an item is incorrectly supplied, please inform us within 5 business days so that we can offer swift support in resolving the issue. We will make immediate arrangement for the collection of any incorrectly supplied items and the correct delivery of items as per your order.

 

Change of Heart

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have a change of heart about a product purchased from us you are welcome to return the product within 14 days at your own cost. Once we have inspected the product and verified the items for return back into stock, we will offer you a store credit to the full value of your order, excluding any shipping costs.

Refunds and credit on all of the products will only be considered if they are in their original and unopened packaging, and without modifications.

Delivery Delays

In the unfortunate event that unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, load shedding, hijacking, strikes, or unexpected product shortages delay the delivery time, your order will still arrive as soon as possible. While delivery delays are not grounds for cancellation or return, we will keep you constantly updated and do everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible.

 

Availability

The provision of goods on our site is subject to availability. In the rare event of item unavailability, we will contact you within 3 working day to offer support with options for store credit or substitution.

Essential oils can cause a strong reaction if the skin is not accustomed to them. 

At Little Green Herbs we test oil combinations for a very long time until we find the right composition.

Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Don’t use products containg essential oils around the eyes.

Shake Vigorously: As many of our products contains no artificial emulsifiers, the ingredients might separate. Shake well before every spray.
Patch Test: Essential oils are potent. Test on a small area of skin before widespread use.
Avoid Eyes: Do not spray near eyes or mucous membranes.
Consult a Physician: If you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition, consult your doctor before use.
